For first-time moms to be, VBAC, or situations where the family may need experienced doula support during pregnancy and the entire birth process. Targeted to moms who want full support, including extensive prenatal consultation, and who anticipate needing 14 hours or less of labor and delivery support.

Prenatal & Postpartum Massage
For expecting or recently delivered mothers (or partners) who would like to receive the therapeutic, restorative, and relaxing benefits of massage.
60- or 90-minute sessions available
Customized session using a variety of techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, lymphatic drainage, and reflexology
In-home care available
Reduced rates for doula clients up to 2 months postpartum
