Going through labor and delivery can be scary and stressful; for first time mothers, it is the unknown. As experienced guides, we ensure that you get the best, evidence-based information and care possible. No matter when you need us, we will be there offering support, and we remain with you continuously throughout your labor and delivery.

Prenatal Visits
Informative and Compassionate
We take on a limited number of clients at any one time to make sure we can give you the full care and attention you deserve. By offering two full Prenatal Visits, our goal is to arm you with all the information you need and thereby reduce any stress, allowing you to pay attention to your body and your baby.

Birthing Guidance
Offering Support
We offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during and after birth, always with an eye to honoring and supporting your wishes. We stay in close contact with each of our clients to routinely check up on you and stay in step with anything you might need.
Detailed intake and review of medical history of mom to be
2 in-home prenatal meetings of 1-2 hours with an experienced doula or doula pair
Full support developing a detailed and effective birth plan for use with the medical team during labor and delivery
Unlimited on-call support by phone, text, or email from retention until doula arrives to support the birth
Unlimited in-person experienced doula support during labor, delivery, and post-partum.
Photography during labor and delivery if desired
Professionally written Birth Story composed by the doula(s) in attendance at the birth
One in-home postpartum visit of 1-2 hours.
For first time moms to be, VBAC, or situations where the family may need experienced doula support during pregnancy and the entire birth process. Targeted to moms who have concerns about having a long labor or who want the certainty of knowing that experienced doula support will be available for as long as needed.
Pregnancy, Labor and Delivery Support Basic Package
For first time moms to be, VBAC, or situations where the family may need experienced doula support during pregnancy and the entire birth process. Targeted more to experienced moms who anticipate a relatively quick labor and delivery.
Detailed intake and review of medical history of mom to be
2 in-home prenatal meetings of 1-2 hours with an experienced doula or doula pair
Full support developing a detailed and effective birth plan for use with the medical team during labor and delivery
Unlimited on-call support by phone, text, or email from retention until doula arrives to support the birth
Up to 14 hours of in-person experienced doula support during labor, delivery, and post-partum with additional hours possible at added cost

Nurturing Prenatal Support
For the expecting mother who seeks prenatal support and guidance from experienced doulas but does not wish to have a doula present during labor and delivery

On call support via phone, text and email from retention until going to the onset of active labor
Nurturing Birth Plan Support
For the expecting mother (and partner) who would like assistance crafting an effective birth plan.
Remote guidance, templates and worksheets to help consider the issues to include, options for addressing them, and creating a draft birth plan
In-home consultation of 2-3 hours with an experienced doula to review and finalize a birth plan that will be an effective tool during labor and delivery in the hospital or birth center
Prenatal & Postpartum Massage
For expecting or recently delivered mothers (or partners) who would like to receive the therapeutic, restorative, and relaxing benefits of massage.
60- or 90-minute sessions available
Customized session using a variety of techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, lymphatic drainage, and reflexology
In-home care available
Reduced rates for doula clients up to 2 months postpartum
