Nurturing Birth Doulas provides a range of services to expecting mothers and partners in the Northern Virginia and DC Metro area, including full-service birth doula packages, extensive prenatal training, and prenatal/postpartum massage. We are excited to help you feel stress-free, safe, and empowered as you celebrate becoming your new arrival.
We believe that birth and the first moments of a baby’s life are times of unbounded joy, and sometimes unique and overwhelming stress. As doulas, we seek to work with birthing mothers and families to lessen the stress and maximize the joy throughout pregnancy, delivery and baby’s first weeks. We would be honored to serve as your guides during this exciting time of your life.
Our Doula Services
We pride ourselves on providing you and your partner with personalized care and understanding, evidence-based information, and round-the-clock support throughout your journey. Our birth packages are designed to provide a full spectrum of support to birthing mothers and their partners. For first time mothers, in general, we strongly recommend the full package. However our initial meeting will help us tailor our packages to fit your needs, as every pregnancy is different.
